Rachel's journey began in Geneva and the South of France where her early career in dance not only taught her about physical demands and mental discipline but also led her through a personal battle with anorexia. To overcome her eating disorder, Rachel embraced a holistic approach to wellness which inspired her transition from dance to fitness coaching.

Rachel holds advanced certifications in personal training and boasts a First-Class Degree in Ballet and Contemporary Dance from Rambert School.
